"Just wanted you to know how much we appreciate all the improvements you've made to our neighborhood. The [street] lights bring life to the back yard at night instead of the dark shadows. The park brings laughter of children every day - an addition to the bouncing of basketballs of the older children. The street resurfacing makes the drive up the street so smooth. The pavilion brings picnic-ers already so early in the season. There are many days when we hear the clanging of the horseshoes on the posts. “Thank you all again so much. We love our new home, and everyone that comes in love sit. We have received SOOOO many compliments. My mother in law has since repainted some of her house with the colors that we used, replaced her carpet with carpet that we selected and some of my friends who recently moved into a Ryan home are coming over to take pictures of the bookshelves!
I will have to day, I was initially very nervous about building our own house and using a private builder. We received many warnings and horror stories from nay family members and friends, explaining that we needed to be onsite everyday and watching everything very closely. My concern was that I am a full time working mom and my husband travels quiet a bit for work, and I didn’t know how I was going to be able to handle all of those responsibilities.
I will have to say, that your entire staff made it virtually pain free. I am sure there were problems along the way, but I really appreciate that they were transparent to me.
Thank you again for making us a beautiful home, we truly love it.

We look at model homes all the time because of the business, and I’ve never wanted to give up the workmanship in our 100 yr. old house for any of them – except for this one.
