Part One: Establish Your Goals
Before designing your home, consider what you want your new custom property to be:
- What size home do you envision for your family?

- How do you want your new home to function for your family?

As you find the best location for your new home, consider the following questions:

- Do you want to be in a particular school district?

- Conduct Final Inspections
