This 4,000-square-foot home features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. It also includes an open-concept large kitchen and island to keep the room connected to the breakfast room, a masonry fireplace, and a coffered ceiling family room. Bayou Cottage
The Bayou Cottage is the perfect setting for festive occasions, accentuated by zydeco music, loved ones’ laughter, and the aromas of simmering gumbo. This 3,102-square-foot raised cottage features a sweeping roof, a covered porch, and details inspired by French architecture.
The Bel Air
The Bel Air property features wood siding, a cedar shingle roof, and a front porch with detailed columns, creating a regal exterior. This 4,000-square-foot home also has four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms (if you have a growing family), formal living and dining rooms, a family room with a vaulted ceiling, a gourmet kitchen and breakfast room, and a bonus recreation room.
